Wiki-based Government Knowledge Management Research

In the 21st century, with the explosion of knowledge era, knowledge management takes more and more people's attention. Both inside and outside the Government in co- driven by constantly trying to import knowledge management,in order to copy with the current situation and challenges for the future.After "9 ? 11" terrorist attacks, U.S. intelligence has been the brunt of fierce criticism of the government and people. U.S. government intelligence put forward more and more high demands. How to improve the quality of intelligence information and how to rely on inter-agency cooperation and technology innovation to improve intelligence analysis, how to enhance the intelligence of the synergies to the right at the right time to provide the correct information ,how to share knowledge and experience of officers of various departments ,how to reduce the training time for the newly recruited staff ,how to keep leaving to retire or changing of the guard personnel in the exchange of ideas and experience , and so are the U.S. intelligence problems to be solved, and the above issues are scope of the study of knowledge management. Therefore, knowledge management methods can be used to solve these problems .U.S. intelligence agencies investigated a variety of knowledge management system of the construction program, ultimately based on the actual choice of this sector of the wiki as a knowledge management platform for the intelligence services, and thus established as wiki core set of knowledge management system.This paper details the U.S. intelligence building and use of intellipedia, be in depth analysis of the advantages of the introduction to Knowledge Management, proposed a wiki as the core of knowledge management model of government, to explore the wiki application in the process of government knowledge management problems and countermeasures that may arise, for the government knowledge management reform provides a new paradigm.
