In the society of knowledge economy, business competitive ability focuses on the knowledge acquisition and application. With the popularization of internet, knowledge management is given to more abundant realizations. A platform characterized by collaboration, communion and participation becomes the best choice. Knowledge Management System (KMS) improves competitiveness as well as provides a sharing mechanism for enterprise cultures.KMS is an information collecting system of the China Mobile Electronic Platform. It aims to providing an internal cultural sharing system. KMS consists of three subsystems, which are Knowledge Center Subsystem, Weekly Report Subsystem and Instant Messaging Subsystem. The author realizes Knowledge Center Subsystem and Weekly Report Subsystem.Knowledge Center Subsystem is the core of the KMS. It consists of Wiki module, questions/answers module, category management module, authority management module and user management module. The subjects in Wiki module constitute the knowledge muster; the questions and answers in questions/answers module compose the method base; category management module makes the knowledge hierarchical.Weekly Report Subsystem aims to improving the human resources management. It consists of attendance module and weekly report module. The attendance module records the working time and content; the weekly report module records working plan and job summarize, besides it realizes the report exporting function.This system adopts B/S architecture and open source frameworks. It resorts to Apache Jackrabbit as the java content repository. The system has been put into service. It can meet the basic requirements of the enterprise in the present stage, besides it has expandability to the further development.
