The age of globalization, the development of China is more and more close to world and the influence of international public opinion to China is much deeper. Because of this situation, it provided us a favorable opportunity, and at the same time, lead us an awkward situation that take advantage of the occasion, warring faction trying to implant opposite opinions and their culture to us. Especially after the cold war, the international situation has undergone important changes, and China is re "rise" as a world power. This situation makes world pay close attention to our country, and the issues of China's state image communication are also increasingly concerned by international community.Today, so many countries are paying more attention to their national images in public, especially the United States and other developed countries. As early as half of the 20th century, they have been organized series of public activities to establish good national images. The research of China's state image dates back to late 90s of last century, after SARS incident, Chinese government have realized the importance and necessity of establish public confidence and trust when construct national images in public.This thesis attempts to analysis China's state images and how to promote the government's public image under the angle of communication, and with the support of several theories and other subjects. And from three aspects-current situation of China's state image, communication problems in China's state image, strategies of state image communication to discuss and analysis how to optimize strategies of China's state image communication.This article composed by four parts.Introduction part describes the purpose and significance of the study, outlined the problem will solved in the article, contents and methods.The second part focuses on current situation of China's state image, and describes the subjective and objective reasons of this situation. The third chapter from the angle of practicality and theoretical, describes problems of state image in communication, such as decreased credibility of the government, deficiency of crisis management capabilities, etc.Chapter four focuses on how to optimize strategies of China's state image communication. There are several measures. First one is establish legal strategy for government information. The second is to improve the system of government spokesman and spokesman for the network. The third is to establish China's own national brand.Establish a national brand strategy also includes several parts, first, accurate positioning image of the country, followed by enhance the strength of the international communication, third, strengthen the cultural and artistic exchanges and finally, optimize advertisement of the state image.
