With the rapid development of the domestic industrial economy, coal resources in play an increasingly important role in modernization of China. In the process of coal production, production planning is essential for the development of the coal enterprises in the development of production plans, the need to consider various issues, this paper on the production plan from the employee satisfaction level and production plans to complete two considerations. Both will be considered from a business development plan targets to maximize production and stimulate the enthusiasm of employee productivity, increase production, but also take into account if the production targets set too high, employees will not only increase the labor intensity, but also to target difficult to complete, so but will crack down on employee motivation. Standard-setting production targets on how to determine the coal enterprise efficiency and employee satisfaction has a great influence.This study focuses on the use of multi-objective fuzzy decision function to establish a rational and effective decision-making model, that is, not for specific models or employee satisfaction model for coal production, but will work to establish a more consistent focus on the actual situation of enterprises, can makers will better reflect the decision-making model. We argue that the production of coal enterprises to develop a reasonable plan targets as a starting point for reference, the use of employee satisfaction theory, fuzzy mathematics, the theory of multi-objective fuzzy decision making, in close connection with business reality, the factors affecting employee satisfaction based on the analysis, the establishment of employee satisfaction models, and on this basis to establish the use of multi-objective decision making model for optimal production targets. Article first describes the theoretical basis of employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction factors affecting depth analysis to identify the antecedents that affect employee satisfaction and post-lead variables; then introduced to understand the basic theory of fuzzy mathematics. Including the situation of fuzzy mathematics, fuzzy set theory and the membership function model; finally, the fuzzy theory is applied to the production plan targets the development of optimal production plans for the development of indicators of the process of fuzzy methods, and explore whether the model is the presence of a feasible solution.
