The multi-input fuzzy reasoning and the multi-objective fuzzy decision-making algorithm has widespread applications in the production, the economy, the science and the project activity. Along with the production technology and society's development, many systems in reality become more and more complex, for example, economic system, social system, and electronic information system and so on. Therefore, how to use the existing data to make the correct decision, coordinate the conflict between each subsystem, has aroused people more and more interests.This thesis unifies the fuzzy set theory, the multi-input fuzzy reasoning and the multi-objective fuzzy decision-making algorithm, establishes the T-S fuzzy model; By analyzing the fuzzy set theory and the fuzzy reasoning, and applying the fuzzy set theory in the T-S fuzzy system modelling, the thesis proposed T-S fuzzy system modelling method based on the SOMK algorithm;It inferred the limited fuzzy multi-objective decision making to leave the algorithm, caused the algorithm to be simpler, more reasonable and effective;The availability of the proposed algorithm was confirmed by the application example and simulation.
