Research And Realization Of Hospital Information Sharing Mode On Hospital Information Integration Platform

Along with the rapid development of computer technology, the international medical information standardization, electronic propulsion, using computer in modern hospital information management is the inevitable trend of the era development.In modern hospital management, American health information transmission standard HL7 (Health Level Seven) standardize the format of clinical medicine and management information, to reduce the cost of interlinking hospital information system, to improve mutual information in hospital information system. However, the application of HL7 developed late in domestic. There was not unified coding standard and interface between different hospital information system and medicine devices, which gave rise to many problems including Information Island, repeating entering and low work efficiency, etc. Therefore, standardizing the data in hospital information system, to share and transfer data become a top priority.This paper firstly focuses on constructing a hospital information integration unit, hospital information integration platform, on the base of HL7 service standard as the basis of this study. The unit integrates and analyzes data from different type of data sources. Then this paper constructs an information document function base on HL7 to minimizing the time and labor cost in the process of constructing information. At last this paper design and build a bridge between hospital information data source and HL7 information generation, constructing an information mapping module.The main work of this study as following:Study the main content and composition of HL7 standard, analyzing the structure and component of HL7 information document; through researching hospital information system and data source of HL7 information, design the database interface module which allows dynamic configuration between different database to generate information data; study the unified grammatical rules of HL7 standard, define information type, message segment and field structure to design and resolve the algorism of HL7 document, construct a dictionary to convenient for user operation; design and build a mapping module on the basis of XML's specific data structure, realizing dynamic HL7 information construction and providing a essential condition for continually generating HL7; In the generated module, using mapping mechanism, dynamically invoke message feature object to generate message semantic tree, to generate HL7 information.
