Hospital Information Integration Management Platform Based On SOA

With the rapid development of modern computer technology and network communication technology,the development of hospital information system is getting faster and faster.However,when the hospital information system expands various subsystems with different functions to meet various medical services,the information interaction between each subsystem and the management of different systems have become a problem to be solved urgently.In view of this phenomenon,the traditional hospital information system needs a unified integrated platform with simple structure and convenient management.This platform helps to organize the complex data interaction interface in the hospital,greatly improves the efficiency of data exchange,and forms a standardized interface platform that is easy to control and manage.This paper proposes a hospital information system integration scheme and designs a hospital information system integration platform management portal based on the scheme.It integrates the existing hospital data,builds the Ensemble,BI and Web Service technical framework,realizes the integration of the hospital business system and the collaborative management of business data,and designs the front-end visualization interface to provide terminal services for ordinary users and administrators.The technical architecture of the integration platform can be divided into three layers.The underlying layer is the database layer,which is mainly used to store the data generated by each subsystem of the hospital.The technologies used include caching technology and MySQL technology.The second layer is Ensemble platform layer,which is the intermediate layer of the technical architecture of the integration platform.When there is business interaction between different subsystems,the business is firstly sent to the platform.After the platform receives the business,the message is sent to the specified subsystem in combination with the internal business processing logic,so as to realize the business interaction.The third layer is the application layer,which includes all the information systems of the hospital.When data needs to be sent between subsystems,one of the subsystems first encapsulates the data as a message and sends it to the platform,which receives the message and forwards it to the message receiver.If the data contained in the message needs to be stored,the platform will call the data storage service of the receiver to store the data into the corresponding database,and the receiver does not need to directly interact with the sender and the database.Finally,through the case realization,introduced the platform operation effect and the platform management control interface.Through the realization of hospital information system integration platform,the interconnection and data sharing among heterogeneous hospital systems are completed.When a hospital needs to add a new business system,it only needs to develop an interface applied to the platform to realize data interaction and data sharing with any existing business system.Through the integration and integration of the hospital subsystem,the hospital business gradually laid a good foundation for the development of regional medical care.
