Design And Integration Of The Hospital Information System And The Cummunity Information System

This paper describes the requirment analysis, database design, system code, system security design,user interface design and the system implementation of the hospital information system and the community information system. This paper also introduce the test of the two information systems' integration. Using an engineering method ,under the client/server enviroment,with the help of visual developing tool PowerBuilder and the RDBMS-SQL Server, we develop the application system. During the development,we use the WEB SERVICE to manage the distributing information of people's health and to integrate the two system.Now, there are so many methods to manage the dustributing information. In this paper,we present these methods (DCOM/WEB SERVICE),and tell why we use WEB SEVICE. Next,some technologies involved,such as XML,SOAP,WSDL,UDDI,etc,are discussed.In order to make the writer's work clear,the whole developing procedure on the architecure is described in detail. At the end of the paper,an example is illustrated to show how to use ASP.NET to implement the integration of the hospital information system and community information system.
