Research And Design Of Equipment Material Support Integrated Management System Based On Data Warehouse

Material support is a significant aspect in equipment indemnification technology, the decision of which influences various respects of material support, such as preparation, storage, supply, and management. For many years hard work, the army of our country has realized "Computerized Business Management" in armored equipment support, and accumulated large amount of historical data. The emergence of new technologies, such as data warehouse, data mining, supply a platform for decision of armored equipment support in handling large amounts of data, excavating useful and potential information deeply and efficiently to carve out a new way in decision.Firstly, the thesis introduces the basic theories about data warehouse and data mining. Secondly, the thesis addresses the general objectives and requirements of the online multidimensional analysis about armored material support date warehouse in detail, presents the design of the logical structure and system architecture of material support integrated management system, analyzes the content such as the consumption of equipment, apparatus analysis, and application planning, which are, concerned by armored equipment decision. Then it discusses three subjects in the material support data warehouse:consumption of apparatus, inventory control of apparatus, and planning aided decision. Thirdly, according to methodology of data warehousing, it describes the whole process of building armored material support data warehouse, and designs the multi-dimensional models of apparatus consumption subject and inventory control of apparatus. Finally, it narrates the process of collecting data and exception handling in date warehouse, realizes OLAP system that can implements slice, dice, drill, and rotation operations.The material support integrated management system implemented based on data warehouse technology in this thesis is the application of data warehouse technology in military material support information management. The system adopts C/S model with highly safety under the platform of SQL SERVER 2005 by VB 6.0. The system can cleanse and integrate the historical data, and analyzes the direct and indirect relationship between data, supply decision support for decision-maker.
