As Special Equipments. Safty is the life of passenger aerial ropeway. Strengthen safety supervision and management, keeping safe operation is the unremitting responsibility and goal of governments at all levels and ropeway operation enterprises. Aadvanced control technology and video supervision technology is the key for the system to run safely,which can reduce the operating error and hidden danger because of noise deal of artificial factors. Existing domestic ropeway control is basically relay control and PLC control, limited by its function, which leads to the difficulity of the equipment operation condition supervision and cause analysis after problem happens, and it is more difficult to achieve predictable failure of equipment operation.This system proposes passenger aerial ropeway digital supervision systerm overall compsition. Using industrial computer as main control and mangement unit, to achieve detection and control with PLC. It detaily analyises and classifies the key parameters of the impacte of the ropeway safety operation, and realises the collection of the key parameters of the system core components and fault diagnosis. Using video surveillance to realise the video survilliance of the hanging car and the storage, providing evidence for the ropeway safety operation and accident rescure. Using CAN bus technology to achieve the information collection and transmission of the ropeway tower, to reach the goal of safety, efficient and visual operation of the ropeway.
