With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology,more and more enterprises tend to apply new technologies such as Internet of Things and big data to product design and production.The development of intelligent baby carriage also relies on the development of Internet of Things technology.Many baby carriage enterprises in the market integrate the functions of automatic braking and handgrip induction into the design of baby carriage,which greatly improves the safety and stability of baby carriage.With the improvement of people's living standards,in order to meet the higher needs of baby care,an intelligent baby carriage system with multi-sensor remote monitoring is developed and designed,which has theoretical research significance and practical application value.(1)This thesis firstly introduces the relevant theory of fuzzy control and simulation analysis are made.The basic theory of fuzzy control is introduced based on MATLAB Simulink,an environment sensing system model of intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal is established and simulated.Also,effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified.(2)Secondly,the intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal is designed and completed based on Aduino Mega2560 as the main controller,the carriage perceptual Architecture composed of ultrasonic ranging module,temperature and humidity sensor,attitude sensor,GPS module and Internet of Things communication module monitoring the temperature and humidity.Attitude of the intelligent baby carriage terminal and the related environmental parameters of the surrounding obstacles in real time processes the collected environmental sensing data with the help of fuzzy control algorithm,when the environment sensing parameters exceed the set threshold,the intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal sends out sound and light alarm after the fuzzy control algorithm processing,which realizes the real-time intelligent baby carriage monitoring,and at the same time relying on the mobile communication module to send the above data to the device cloud platform for storage,analysis and display.(3)Design and development of cloud control monitoring platform and mobile phone APP for intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal and the Internet of Things communication module of intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal uses EDP device connection protocol to communicate with cloud platform.The intelligent baby carriage monitoring terminal packages and uploads the perception data to the cloud platform.The cloud platform can store and display the real-time environmental data of the terminal.Through the APP of the mobile terminal of the cloud platform,the environment perception data collected by the intelligent baby carriage terminal can be visualized and remote,and the information warning'is sent out on the mobile terminal.The cloud control system of the intelligent baby carriage designed in this paper can collect the environmental sensing data of the terminal stably by simulating the running test table.When the environment parameters are abnormal,it can immediately create a sound and a light alarm to call the user's attension.OneNET device cloud platform can access varrious remote intelligent devices and provide application management functions.It has good application prospects and promotion value.
