| The foundation of the ropeway safety is to ensure the safety of the steel wire rope that bears and pulls the cabinlifts. In the actual operation, regular eye-checking and defect-detecting with magnetic power is adopted to check the wire. But this isn't a reliable way. Theories and practices all prove that the life span of the steel wire rope is closely related to the number of bends it suffered in the ropeway, and the number of bends is decided by the ropeway structure and the rope travel. To an idiographic ropeway, the structure is known beforehand, therefore, the key of the problem is the measurement of the rope travel.The system proposed is just for the rope travel measurement purpose. The system adopts AT89C52 as the kernel, including the data measuring component, the data storing component, the clock chip component, the LCD display component, the data communication component, the system supervising component, and so on. The action of the steel wire rope is detected by a proximity switch, and is put into AT89C52 in the form of pulse signals. According to the number of the pulses, the rope travel can be calculated. Meanwhile, the related data is stored in the FM24C04. The LCD LCM240128ZK is used for display the system time and the rope travel, etc. In order to improve the system anti-interference ability, the system supervising chip X5045 is used, which has such functions as the system reset, the low voltage examination and watchdog. PCF8563 provides not only the real-time system clock and calendar, but also the 1S timing interruption signal that resets the watchdog timer. The data of the measurement is transferred to the PC by the way of serial communication for the convenience of the data saving and query.Meanwhile, the cabinlift positioning and the wire rope positioning are included. Through the collaborating operations of the related buttons the position and calibration of the cabinlift and the wire rope can be achieved, which is useful for the maintenance of the ropeway equipments. |
