With the development of modern industrial production, the large-scale machineries are becoming more and more complexity, but once failures occur, much more time would be used to resolve them. So it not only reduces the production efficiency, but also increases the production cost. Herein, through the study of the bulldozers state detection and technology of fault diagnosis, the advanced warning system of bulldozers fault was achieved, then the target of reducing or avoiding the occurrence of mechanical accidents was achieved as well. The management level and operational efficiency of the bulldozer were greatly increased.First,Based on the detailed analysis of overseas and domestic research status, the overall program of bulldozer condition monitoring system was present, which took advantage of the system includes electronic tag with a sensor module, the routing node network module, the coordinator node module and management center module:The electronic tag with a sensor using RFID tags and sensor technology,which used to identify the major components of the bulldozers and testing the parameters of its parts; The routing node network module using RFID and WSN technology,which used to collect the data of each sensor active tag and use the ZigBee protocol to upload to the coordinator node. At the same time, the coordinator node received command from the management center by the ZigBee protocol, and communicated to each electronic tag. Each nodes can communicate with each other via the ZigBee protocol; coordinator node module uses GPRS technology, on the one hand,the routing node can aggregate data, after compressed package,it can upload to the management center through GPRS module, while the main parameters can be processed and displayed, on the other hand it releases command of the management center to each of the coordinator node by the the GPRS; Management Center module receives the data from coordinator node and subtotals and processes the data, in order to diagnose the working conditions of the various parts of the bulldozer and give good advice for them.Second, in hardware to achieve the function of each part of the system design CC2530as the core module of the sensor the RF active electronic tag, routing nodes, the coordinator node hardware circuit, and given the corresponding circuit schematic.Finally, each module is a software design, software flow chart of each module. Visual Basic language and SQL Sever2000database to establish a management center software platform, complete control of the system, the part of the fault diagnosis of various parameters of the display as well as bulldozers.Based on the RFID, WSN and GPRS technology, the condition monitoring and trouble diagnosis system for bulldozer has great theoretical value and practical significance.
