Data acquisition and processing is one of important part of the aerodynamic test in wind tunnel , because it affects the efficiency and veracity of data analysis and weapon design. In recent years, with the hypersonic wind tunnel data acquisition and processing accuracy and fast requirements increasing, the original programs have various bottlenecks, such as the lack of universal, non-modular design, maintenance inconvenient, man-machine interface simple,single function.The old measuring software can't meet to the requirement of the complicated data processing. So I carried out the data acquisition and processing software project based on PXI bus in wind tunnel, designed and developed two new software systems, the architecture and the reusability and the maintainability of the software is optimization.Based on the survey of development of data acquisition and processing software system in China and abroad, this thesis introduces the process of design and realization from four aspects: the requirement analysis, the system analysis, the system design, the system implementation. Secondly, the thesis also introduces the development of the system using PXI bus data acquisition tool for the hardware platform, C + + Builder 6.0 and the extended application of NI DAQmx8.6.1. Finally, the thesis summarizes the development and the design of this system.New wind tunnel data acquisition and processing software system solves five key technical problem , so the system has a lot of function. The software through the hardware-software joint debugging, static test, dynamic test in a series of wind tunnel tests. Testing and wind tunnel test results show that the software system is easy to operate, reusability is strong, it is stable and reliable, and it has high repeat accuracy of data, in line with the military standard.The successful development of the system will bring more comfortable, safe and efficient operation experience to wind tunnel measurement members, it's good for the future maintenance of software systems and continuous standardization improvement.
