The Research And Implementation About UML Based Measurement & Control Management Software Of Wind Tunnel Test

The measurement and control system plays a vital role in the wind tunnel test. The management software is a key to the automatic measurement and control system of the wind runnel test. Abided by UML-based software development process, the apply software developing efficiency and quality can be improved effectively.The thesis has commenced from the actual project of the research and development about management software of measurement and control system for the 8m X 6m wind tunnel. The main work included as following:1. Object-oriented technology and UML modeling technology research. The unified modeling language (UML) is introduced briefly. The static and dynamic modeling mechanism of UML is researched.2. Object-oriented software development process research. The main software development models are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages among them are given also. According to the actual project requirements, a UML- based object-oriented approach that is used to guide the developing of management software of measurement and control system is given.3. Applied software development practice. Guided by the UML-based object-oriented software development process, the management software of measurement and control system for 8m X 6m wind tunnel is developed quickly and efficiently.The new management software system that overcame the disadvantages of old ones' best fit the function and performance requirement of the wind tunnel test. The software system has been put into use in the 8m×6m wind tunnel test. By now, more then twenty project tests have been accomplished through it, and huge economic and social benefit has been brought. So, it is a successful practice that the UML-based object-oriented software development process is used to guide the applied software development.
