This subject is from a wind tunnel technology rebuild project. Increasing productivity and reducing cost are the important survival conditions of industry production wind tunnel. This subject aims to improve this wind tunnel test capability, precision, efficiency and automatic degree, to enable wind tunnel to have advanced technical specifications, and make test quality and efficiency to achieve a new level. System reliability, extensibility and maintainability are improved by using virtual instrument technology.By structured and modularization design idea, using LabWindows/CVI7.1, this design has completed the software study and development of static state data acquisition main module, dynamic state data acquisition main module, network communications sub-module and other fifteen sub-modules, using data acquisition technology, wind tunnel measurement and control technology, and network communications technology. The data acquisition and display synchronization problem has been solved by using multithread technology , which improves system performance. The learning, flexible and sturdy performance of wind tunnel test user interface has been enhanced by using usability design method. The interface is operated conveniently and has high efficiency. By using efficient TCP server designed by threadpool mechanism, the service response speed and network communications efficiency have been enhanced. The efficient print sub-module is designed by using canvas control. By debugged and approved, the software has been put into use. By performance test, all specifications have reached or surpassed the requests of acceptance commitments. The system technology rebuild has low cost and short cycle. By project test, the system has run stably and reliably.By the design put into use , each performance of this wind tunnel has been enhanced, and market competition capability has been strengthened greatly. That adapts to new requests of test research and production development.
