In order to further enhance the FL-8 wind tunnel test capacity,technical level,to meet the evolving aviation,aerospace equipment research and development requirements,FL-8 wind tunnel on the existing measurement and control system transformation.After the transformation of the measurement and control system through the field bus way to connect the entire control system nodes,which combines the CAN bus technology,MODBUS bus technology,VXI bus technology.At the same time,the development of FL-8 wind tunnel model attitude control system,power control system and multi-function data acquisition system is completed.Designs and implements a complete set of reasonable layout,advanced technology,simple use,complete function,complete monitoring method,easy maintenance and expansion,and can fully meet all the requirements of FL-8 wind tunnel test(set static,dynamic test in one),Efficient measurement and control system is presented in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign literature and the FL-8 wind tunnel test capacity,technical level and other characteristics of a detailed analysis based on the summary of the FL-8 wind tunnel current lack of technology to develop the transformation of the target and technological transformation The overall design.Secondly,according to the experimental conditions of FL-8 wind tunnel,the advantages of using fieldbus technology are described,and the CAN bus technology,MODBUS bus technology and VXI bus technology used in measurement and control system are studied and studied in detail.And put forward the implementation plan from the engineering application.Thirdly,according to the characteristics and performance requirements of FL-8 wind tunnel measurement and control system,the status quo of acquisition system,power system and model attitude control system is analyzed.Field bus technology is used to interconnect the system,and through the online calibration,Frequency control and other aspects of the study,to determine their own design and complete the development.Finally,the new monitoring and control system of FL-8 wind tunnel is tested by standard mold test,the accuracy of the test data can reach the advanced level of domestic industry,the reliability of test data and anti-interference ability are very high.The data acquisition system has a very good scalability to meet the current and future period of wind tunnel test technology to improve the demand.The results show that the new system improves the automation level of the wind tunnel and the efficiency of the wind tunnel,accelerates the update rate of the test equipment and reduces the cost of wind tunnel operation and maintenance.This is to improve the level of China's aviation science and technology has a great role in promoting.
