For the trend of overlapped development of intelligent network-based sensors and smart skin-type array sensors ,and the combination of flexible encapsulation technology and intellectual structures, this paper presents a concept which is based on skin-type micro intellectual structures. For the data obtained through the wind tunnel experiment progress of aircrafts, we mainly finish the design of test system application software, and meanwhile make a three-dimensional display of the data collected through the wind tunnel test, and some analysis and data processing was made based on collected data, and finally apply it in the actual test system.Position machines and MEMS sensor arrays communicate with each other by adaptors, so on the basis of the principles got from the first work stages of MEMS sensor arrays, we mainly introduce the design of adaptor module and the constitution of the communication agreement between adaptors and position machines.To the demand of position machine control system, we develop a set of flexible MEMS sensor array application software. Because of the large number of nodes and data in the Sensor belt array test, the application software must process the data in order to make it intuitive and easy-to-read to the users. We use Visual C++ 6.0 to design and develop application software, realize the saving, analysis, and playback of the sensor data, and also we can get a real-time observation of the test data curve. This test system software has already been put into use and achieved good effects.Through the research progress of wind tunnel experiment application software, and according to the temperature, pressure, acceleration and strain value obtained from all the test nodes on aerofoil, we use OpenGL technology to visually and legibly make an analog display of those data by three dimensional surface, and on this basis, some analysis and data processing was made between the collected data and the data from routine laboratory studies or Flight Experiments ,the aerodynamic parameter was evaluated , which also testified that the method introduced in this paper was feasible and accurate, and get a new analysis method for the data processing for wind tunnel experiment.
