Wind Tunnel Test Data Management Information System Design And Implementation

Wind tunnel test is necessary tache during flight craft design,it possesses important role in avigation and national defence modernize construction. In past years ,with the fast development of avigation careers of our country ,the work of THE CARDC high speed research center become more and more weghtly , difficult and exigence,demand becomes more and more high, therefore it puts forward serious challenge for wind tunnel test comprehensive ability especially test data quality.But,because many wind tunnels of high speed research center founded for a long time and put into production at different time ,restricted by temporal measure and control,computer technique, informationization and communication technique,lower test informationization level existed widely , especially in wind tunnel data managemengt ,remained in manual and paper management phase,though accumulated a number of datas ,but it is difficult to take farther analyse and higher level air dynamical analyse and evaluate research. it not only influenced high standard and high quality competitions but also result in mass waste of test datas because of storage decentralization, too many editions,different structure and parameter scarcity of test datas.Now foreign exsited wind tunnels and inside new builded wind tunnels all use informationization method in test data management,realize accurate and efficient control and in-depth application.therefor , high speed research center exigent needs to construct a convenient, applied and developed data management system for wind tunnel,in order to form consummate data collection, being put in storage ,pigeonhole and use framework,at the same time develope corresponding service soft to make most use of all kinds of datas to improve the comprehensive ability of wind tunnel test.The paper close connects current situation of high speed wind tunnel test data management,take test data as the core ,develope information management system of test data with soft engineering.in this paper firstly analyze research background, meaning and contents, summarize corresponding theory,develope system demand analysis.then,based on current network situation and soft ware of high speed research center,design total framework and system structure of tset data management information system, bring forward physical model and software base. Afterward divide the system into spot management subsystem, central service subsystem and outside apllied subsystem, respectively make detailed design , successively complete data base development and software design. Thereinto, spot management subsystem primarily realize data upload and paperless work of wind tunnel test spot; central service subsystem primarily realize total data base storage and network service function.; outside apllied subsystem is primarily used to provide long-distance accessing interface of spot test data for repeatedly use expediently. Finally,bring this data information management system into high speed wind tunnel test,relize normalization of spot management , combination of attended equipment information, mastery of test progress at any moment ,fast converse cast back of problems ect.,obtain good effect.it possess very important meaning for widely spread of wind tunnel test management informationization.
