Today's society is information-oriented society, in all areas of today's society have been affected by the Internet, people's lifestyles and production methods are changed because of Internet. With the further development of information technology, network size is growing, becoming more complex, people are faced with a need to solve the problem - to ensure efficient and stable network operation.The community electronic network is selected as the object of our study. LAMP(Linux+Apache+MySQL+PHP)framework is used in the sever software developing And Visual Studio is used in the client software developing. Then a distributed network monitoring system is designed and implemented in this thesis. The main subject of the work done as follows:Firstly, different from traditional reliable access technology, the project uses a hardware feature matching based on the credibility of access technology. If the user does not have lawful authority to obtain the host, then it will be unable to access the underlying network. After the user authenticated on the machine in its record of all operations carried out with the non-repudiation, to strengthen the security of the system.Secondly, The subject uses a dynamic polling algorithm that is based on the load on the basis of the forecast. First, forecasting models, to realize the processor usage, memory usage, etc. to reflect the integrated load forecasting system, the specific time by the device load current value and the ideal system to determine the predictive value of polling cycle, you can get a more accurate system performance aspects of the data, and can achieve the purpose of reducing system overhead.Thirdly, XML file for the current mainstream access to XML data storage systems high rate of discarded data, we propose a new XML data storage method can effectively reduce the rate of waste stored in the XML data, while XML data can significantly improve CRUD efficiency.Finally,. a safe and reliable real-time early warning mechanism is implemented. In this mechanism, the implementation process, we have taken two early warning strategies, including those based on defined performance thresholds and log-based content matching two, when an exception occurs, to take voice alarm, SMS, mail and other way to notify the relevant manager.System design is complete, we have established a specific simulation environment for testing. Test results show that our system is designed to achieve accurate and efficient operation of network equipment and other real-time alarm monitoring and applause, while these operations will not bring additional costs to the system will not affect the normal business be.
