In the mining system, safe and effective management of miner's lamp s is very important because miner's lamp is one of the most important portable equipment for miners during their working under well. There are several problems of the traditional charging data monitoring system, namely low data transmission rate, short communication distance, low level of intelligent management degree, low system maintainability, poor extendibility and so on. Under the new technology wave of “Internet plus”, the management of the miner's lamp is raised to a new degree. And the traditional data acquisition and monitoring technology and equipment can not meet the requirements of the current. The problem that how to monitor the miner's lamps on the shelves automatically and ensure the utility maximization calls for urgent solutions.To solve the problems above, this paper put forward the miner 's lamp intelligent charging management system of “WLAN + local cable” structure. This system deployed a median machine in each cabinet to achieve wireless communication with the host computer. And the median machine took the charge of data transmission with the charging position of miner 's lamps via Serial Bus, realizing the structure of whole wireless system. This paper constructed a network communication model“ Server(PC) based on IOCP Technology + Client(median machine)”, which formed the remote sending and receiving function between PC and median machine of the wireless LAN technology. Meanwhile this paper constructed a data processing framework based on multi thread mechanism in the WINCE platform and completed the real-time collection, processing and forwarding of the monitoring data from the median machine to miner's lamps.This paper proposed a miner's lamp management system with three layers of data communication structure. This management system uses high concurrent high-throughput Web servers, intelligent data processing algorithms and database management technology, meets a series of requirements like reliable data transmission and storage, stable and reliable communication link, fast data processing and others. By this way, this system not only achieved the reliability of the key data recording and key operation, b ut also reached the purpose of technology upgrading of the products. And finally it solved a serious problems of the previous generation products effectively, such as, low data transmission rate, complexity in hardware wiring, poor system maintainability and poor system expand-ability.
