Nowadays, business process management system is more and more applied in enterprise management system. Enterprise management needs to standardize business processes, and the process can be managed by informat ionalized ways, in which should use workflow technology. Workflow technology has become the main technology of enterprise business process definition and management because it can reduce the workload of business systems development, improve the flexibility of business processes customization, also, it can monitor the management of the entire workflow process, submit a business process management level and replace other systems dealing with the business flow. Traditional workflow management system includes two process modeling and process operation stages and the two phases are completely separated. The process of traditional workflow system usually defines workflow model, and then explains the defined model by workflow engine to control and manage the execution of workflow through the built-in modeling tools according to the corresponding process engine specifications during the operation the process. In the process, the model is fixed once the definition is issued, but the daily operation process of a enterprise dynamically changes, since the internal and external environment of the enterprise, the business objectives and customer needs are all changing, it is hard to predict all the business process in advance. Abnormalities happen even some process can be p redicted. Therefore, this paper introduces some concepts about flexible workflow based on traditional workflow system, facilitating the reacting ability to changes of the workflow by separating modeling and process flow rules configuration.In this paper, the main research content is based on the CORDYS process engine, through SOA(service-oriented architecture) technology to the process interface calls, through asynchronous approach improve processes Response speed, through XML(extensible markup language) technology improve the scalability of the system. System studies a set of flexible process modeling method and the way of configuration, can support process of curing and curing, the curing three modeling methods, Achieve personal workstations, process extensions, CORDYS business process management functions. Paper establish processes, processes running, process monitor related features in three stages. Process stage to achieve a process template configuration, flow link configuration, configure approval rules function, processes running phases to do queries, pending processing, automatic processes, General to-do page, pre approval, several branches and checked, preset the approver, circulated to authorized participants in group management, process, process capability, Process monitoring phases to do monitoring, processes, exception handling is the process engine, process, time management, tim e out, early warning alerts. Process action can support process and non-process in action. Through functional design completed the procurement needs of business process management system, establish a bridge between workflow engines and purchasing modules. After the actual testing and commissioning, procurement business process management system can meet the needs of users, for differentiated management processes in different areas have good adaptability.
