Staff management is a very important job in the process of the development of bank.So much aspects of bank management had been affectted,such as the employee payroll management etc. For example, the employee's salary management. Before these tasks are manual operations, thus giving the operator has brought a lot of inconvenience. Of course, some companies have been using the number of systems to manage, but because of the restrictions before the technology itself, they are the majority of support functions for the network is not very strong, for the future software upgrades to the Internet has brought trouble. With the expansion of enterprise scale, enterprise greatly increased the workload of staff management. In the rapidly growing popularity of computer and network technology under the premise of businesses eager to develop a set of Web-based management system for enterprise employees in order to reduce the artificial pressure and improve work efficiency and accuracy.Based on the current business management issues faced by employees, this article describes a set of technologies based on object-oriented enterprise J2EE staff management system design and implementation process. The system will be based on B/S framework design patterns in architecture, the use of ADO.NET technology database layer encapsulation, using ASP.NET and SQL Server technology portfolio approach in designing and implementation of the system. Employee information management system's main functions include employee personal information management, personnel changes in management and incentive management. System design, three different permissions for clients, and were providing them with a variety of management functions, including system administrators can view and modify user information, you can also modify the system data; advanced users, you can view the user All information other than information, but can not modify or delete information; while ordinary users can only view and its own relevant information, can not modify the information, nor can see other user's information, employee information, corporate information management is a a certain theory of value.In this thesis, through employee performance management and analysis, management of the bank employees to achieve performance appraisal and evaluation, staff management and performance appraisal will be together, the system has practical application value.
