Institution recruitment has the feature of large amount of business and repetition in business process. The development of institution recruitment information system can reduce business process error and enhance business process efficiency. Institution recruitment business of a certain city in Shandong province is selected as research background in this dissertation, in order to develop institution recruitment information system which is especially for institution recruitment of this city.System development is divided into several steps according to software lifecycle RUP model, and system implementation aim in every step is planned. System users’actual requirements are investigated, and functional requirement analysis is carried out based on users’requirement. UML use case analysis models are established, in order to make clear functional requirements of every participant. On the basis of system running environment analysis, system feature analysis document is established. The system is divided into several independent modules, and every module has the feature of functional relative independent. The technical of J2EE is selected for system development, and the system is divided into several layers based on MVC design pattern. JSP is selected for view layer implementation, Servlet is selected for logic layer implementation, JDBC is selected for DAO layer implementation. Database conceptual model is designed to meet data storage requirement of every module. On the basis of database conceptual model, database relation model is established and database tables are created. Functional classes and methods are designed for every module, and the system is accomplished. Test cases are designed for every function, and system test results show that the system attained system design aim.Recruitment information system developed in this dissertation deployed on Web ser, users can access system through web browser. The system running stable, it has friendly interfaces and higher efficiency. During recruitment process, the use of recruitment information system enhanced business process information level.
