In recent years along with the power electronics and digital controltechnology,Speed sensorless vector control technology has become an important thesisof AC drive system, what’s more, it is the most promising control way in motor speedregulation, promoting the field of industrial control with an efficient, energy-savingdevelopment.How to get the motor good dynamic and static speed performance when it runs, inparticular, How to ensure the good state when the motor is running with low-frequency,is the focus of speed sensorless vector control technology. This thesis firstly introducesseveral common motor speed regulations and their advantages and disadvantages athome and abroad, It includes open-loop speed estimation method, model referenceadaptive method (MRAS), adaptive speed observer method and so on, At last we selectthe open-loop speed estimation method to estimate the speed, It basically meet the speedrequirements.This thesis selects TMS320F2810DSP that TI Corporation in the U.S.A. design.TMS320F2810DSP has been used as motor special control core chip. The powerfulcomputing capability of TMS320F2810DSP makes the complex motor controlalgorithms realized possibly. And the whole system treats the transformed inverter,programmable logic controller (PLC) and three-phase asynchronous AC motor as themain hardware platform. The motor parameters have been uploaded and modifiedthrough the character screen. We also analyze the main board circuit, drive circuitboard,DC bus voltage sampling circuit boards and other typical circuits, and finish theprinciples and algorithms of software based on this hardware. Above all,this thesisdescribes both the mathematical model of three-phase asynchronous motor and vector coordinate transformation. By through the speed sensorless field oriented vector controltechnology, we have achieved decoupling the stator current and obtained the similarperformance compared with the control of DC motor.The speed sensorless vector control technology makes three-phase asynchronousAC motor control more simple and efficient, while reducing the cost of the variousaspects of motor control system,this makes the technology be very competitive in thefuture. Finally, through the experimental results,we verify the speed sensorless vectorcontrol technology effective and feasible.
