With the development of electronic technology and computer science, speed and torque performance of AC Drive System can be comparable with DC speed control system, Speed-sensorless control technology overcomes the drawbacks brought by the sensor, promotes the simplicity and robustness further, and becomes the research hotspot in recent years. Based on this, the thesis carries out all in-depth research on speed-sensorless vector control system.Firstly, the theory of vector control is discussed. This paper consists dynamic mathematical model of three-phase induction motor, coordinate transformation and field——oriented induction motor vector control system. Secondly, the traditional model reference adaptive(MRAS) is studied in AC speed regulation system. Because the traditional MRAS uses pure integrator, it result in accumulated error and DC offset problem easily, so that the paper presents an improved model MRAS speed——sensorless vector control system. On the platform MATLAB/SIMLINK, simulation model based on MRAS is established and verified by simulating. The simulation results prove the speed estimation method is correct. Finally, the hardware uses motor special control dsPIC30F4011of the Microchip company as control core, intelligent power module IPM as power main loop and the software uses C language program, which control asynchronous motor in MPLAB development environment control. Finally, the research makes a summary which is the speed-sensorless vector control system based on dsPIC, and some directions for the next work put forward.
