The21st century can be said that the Ocean Century, with the increasing thedegree of oil exploration, marine engineering equipment market is becomingincreasingly active, has become a new profit growth point in the world's majorshipbuilding companies, which makes the world shipbuilding industry, marineconstruction in a fierce competition. To a large span development level ofChina's marine construction, conversion of institutional mechanisms, and needto study and learn foreign modern business management theory and advancedconstruction techniques and enhance their competitiveness through theapplication of computer integrated manufacturing systems technology.For the completion of the "five to three to one" target to achieve the dreamof the world's shipbuilding superpower, marine engineering productsmanufacturing in recent years on the location of the most important. Efficient enterprise information management systems, integration ofinternal systems to service-oriented architecture SOA Web Service technology,making the completion of the management system can be applied in a variety ofheterogeneous architecture to achieve more efficient use of corporateinformation resources effect. With the modern shipyard conversion shipbuilding model of in-depth, inparticular, to undertake more international products and marine engineeringprojects, will promote the development of the control and management ofproject completion and delivery. The above-mentioned problems, and helpidentify the marine works completed in the management shortcomings, findinsufficient basis to further sort out and optimize the process of completion ofmarine engineering management, standardization of business processes.Management system through the completion of marine engineering applications,preliminary preparation and process control management can be achievedmechanical completion and commissioning of marine engineering products, atthe same time more profound project completion and delivery of an advancedstage of a rigorous and comprehensive control to achieve more, better, fastercompletion of objectives, to ensure the operation quality significantly improved.
