Under the guidance of the national policy of revitalizing marine science and technology,the ocean broadband access technology in the offshore area will inevitably embrace a great development.The application of data network,mobile communication network,and Internet of things in modern communication technology will be widely used and developed in the marine environment.The trend of technology development should be larger,wider,and faster information transmission.Like the Internet,the trend of the ocean information communication is obvious,i.e.the technologies to develop the broadband wireless communication,to use multimedia data as the main information carrier,to combine the sensing data of security monitoring and environmental monitoring and the detection load data,are more urgent,the real-time requirements are at higher levels,which tends to be live requirements.It is foreseeable that the combination of network,wireless and sensing will be the development trend of marine communication in the future.This thesis,we aim at the application of the coastal dynamic broadband special network system at Bohai Bay as a demonstration area,which is an integrated demonstration point with the construction of the marine dynamic broadband special network system covering Bohai.Here,we focus on the marine application engineering demonstration based on high dynamic broadband transmission and networking technology in offshore waters.First,according to the relevant marine data,statistical data,and the forecast information of relevant departments in the marine real-time environment,the application system model of China offshore dynamic broadband special network is constructed by scientific methods,and the exchange model of ship to shore,shore to ship,ship to ship and shore to shore information system is established.Second,based on the characteristics of the adjustable radiation intensity of the shaped antenna beam in different radiation directions,the coverage area of the approximate rectangular beam is designed to provide broadband coverage for the strait waters.By making full use of the existing LTE technology,the strait broadband mobile coverage system is composed of three parts,the client ends,the base station group,and the mobile backbone network servers,and it provides the frequency distribution method matching the partition of the rectangular cell.According to the historical statistics,we set base stations on two sides of the Taiwan Straits,,and then use the dynamic adjustment to allocate spectrum to all cell areas that require additional communication resources.We verified the traditional cell coverage and the simulation results of the user downlink rate are obtained by Atoll network simulation,and the feasibility of providing wide-band coverage to Strait waters is verified by using the beam design of a shaped antenna to approximate the covering area of the rectangular beam.Third,by deploying shaped antenna base stations on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,a wide-band coverage scheme is designed for the strait waters,thus the information coverage for broadband dynamic networking is achieved over 150 nautical miles off the sea,and the exchange of high efficiency information between ship to shore,shore to ship,ship to ship,and shore to shore is realized,which solved the problem of broadband data transmission and the construction of information network.It realizes the monitoring and management of the multiple targets in the offshore area,and provides technical support for the hardware terminals and software modules based on the wireless broadband in different areas of the marine economy,ensuring the safety of shipping,environment and information.
