The Research Of Tobacco Logistics Scheduling And Service Platform Based On SOA

With the development of China’s economy, the traditional single-function logistics can notmeet the development of enterprise, and even to some extent restrict the development ofenterprise. Therefore, in recent years the rise of the "modern logistics" construction, namelythrough the supply chain partners to share data, knowledge and information, will be the keylogistics process converts to the customer as the center of a series of communications,computing and technology. Now, more and more corporation enterprises of large scale areestablishing the new logistic distribution system which can satisfy the demands of the markets.Based on the current condition of the logistic distribution of tobacco end products, aresearch of its features is carried on in the paper. Under the premise of satisfying the marketdemanding, this paper designed a logistics scheduling and service platform for the end productsof tobacco industry enterprise. A lot of works is done in the paper about analysis, design andmodeling of business process, integration requirement of the tobacco logistics system. Thelogistics platform is based on SOA. Putting system functionalities into several services,improving reusability of deployed system, optimizing scheduling process, realizing dataexchange and information share. The main contents of this study include the following:(1) The paper based on the newest SOA technologies, gave a deep research of features oflogistics scheduling, including business modules component, monitoring component,information component and data component, and designed the module function for the businessrequirements of China Tobacco ZheJiang Industry Co., Ltd.(2) According to logistics scheduling and service platform conclusion, modeling systemservices by SOMA principles. To give a proper logistics business model for China TobaccoZheJiang Industry Co., Ltd. and development solution about core business in details.(3) By ESB, established a platform for the logistics scheduling and service, completed theregistration,deploy and management of service, and gave a partial display of the platformmodule.The logistic scheduling and serving platform raised in this paper is already deployed in China Tobacco ZheJiang Industry Co., Ltd.,with excellent performance. In this platformlogistics services coordination and logistics data sharing and logistics management real-timecontrolling is implemented. Sales effectiveness is improved from orders process to tobaccoproducts deliver, and logistics cost is decreased tremendously which give great support torequirement prediction, products development plan and logistics scheduling and monitoring.
