With the rapid development of the society, the living standard has been great improved, high protein, high fat content of food has domained the table, coupled with the accelerated pace of life, the higher pressure of the job, the incidence of cardiovascular disease becomes higher and higher. While the cardiovascular disease comes suddenly, every second has to be seized to treat the patient, and the earlier the doctor's guidance and treatment are received, the more chance the patient will get out of danger. In this case, we can use wireless technology to send the ECG data to the doctor's device to process, and so the doctor can begin the treat process by the first time with the data, rather than the time the patient has arrived.In this thesis, based on a mature ECG device design, the detected ECG signal was sent through the Bluetooth module HC-06 real-time to the mobile phones with Bluetooth module, after process the GPRS network was used to send the digital data to hospital, where the server is located and through which the data will be automatically received and the ECG data is displayed.The thesis focused on Bluetooth and GPRS communication technology. In this thesis, we use HC-06 in the communication with ECG detection device by UART protocol, give out the code project to solve the control and communication procedures; We finish the project design based on Symbian s40 and Android 2.2 to finish the Bluetooth work between the HC-06 module and mobile phones; Create the program to transmit the data receiving from the Bluetooth port of the mobile to the server which is located in the hospital. Finally, we create a Win32 MFC application worked as a server to receive the ECG data from network and after process then displays the data in ECG form.The results shows that the entire system achieves the desired purpose, the detected ECG data can be displayed on the server in real time in the hospital.
