Research On Bluetooth Network Chat System Based On Symbian Platform

Along with development of information epoch at very fast speed, the way of data communication between person and person may be implemented by short message system on mobile phone. But, if this data communication takes place in a short range, using this way to carry through data communication may bring uncalled-for charge. In addition, using this way may influence data communication quality in mobile G net or C net signal weak area. Hence, constructing special short range data communication system based on smart phone is not only necessary but also very important.Though BT technology started to be supported by mainstream phone several years age, its function limits to transmit file and link BT earphone. BT function based on smart phone may be more extensive applications (such as BT network game, BT network chat, BT voice call, and so on.). Therefore, taking up with utility technology study development on BT aspect of smart phone is necessary.Aiming at instance that was said above, this dissertation puts forward one resolve project of short range network chat based on smart phone. This project hardware platform is smart phone, choosing S-OS as mobile phone software platform, and choosing BT as short range wireless communication technology (All of communication information are transmited by BT in this system). That is BTNCS based on S-OS.In the process of implementing this project, strictly according to idea of software engineering, through a series of process such as requirement analysis, summary design, particular design, coding, testing (Installing this system to many BT Symbian mobile phone, such as nokia7650, nokia6681, etc) and so on, validating system interface is friend, information is security, system function is self-contained, and system capability is higher.Getting across studying this system will provide another data communication way based on smart phone in short range, and a certain extent offsetting data communication quality in G net or C net signal weak area. In addition, this study development will drive rapid development of BT application on overall smart phone market.
