The Design And Implementation For Linkage Control System On Tunnel Emergency

With the development of the highway tunnel, more and more attention have been launching into tunnel safety. Tunnel emergency management system is an important branch of the Intelligent Transportation System (Intelligent Transportation Systems-ITS).According to analyze tunnel's surrounding and assortment of emergent incident, the target and function of tunnel monitoring system are clarified. Extant tunnel monitoring system commenly has plans to deal with emergent incident occurs in tunnel. By analysing the disadvantages of these plans, linked controling functions of tunnel emergent incident are divided and the main idea of the paper is educed.The author takes Fengyong highway 's tunnel emergency management system as project prototype and designs particularly. At the first step, author makes analysis on Fengyong highway's tunnel emergency management system and then comprehensively take existing technique and facility into account and make choose between many exploitation projects. Finally author chooses Maplnfo system as the system fundamental platform and integrate it with other system such as transportation monitoring system, fire detecting system, ventilation system, lighting system, electrical power system, emergency telephone system and so on. It is an integrated linkage control system and realizes the requirement of emergency feature definition, quickly response and professional processing. Through carefully analyzing the problem of plan management, this paper designs a new plan platform framework and constructs emergency management system. It implements the functions of addition, amendment, deleting, searching and so on.
