Automatic Configuration Of Remote Monitoring Of Manufacturing Equipment, Diagnostics And Maintenance System And Related Technology Research

The fault monitoring diagnosis and maintenance technologies will greatly improve the security, reliability and economy of manufacture equipments. This paper is a new consideration to remote fault monitoring diagnosis and maintenance system based on Internet. The purpose is to solve the problems that most of current remote manufacture equipments service systems now exist.Firstly, the research situation and development trend of remote monitoring diagnosis and maintenance system are described. After analyzing its defects, the solve methods and key technology are provided.Secondly, we establish the architecture of remote monitoring diagnosis and maintenance system in integrated environment of Infranet / Intranet / Internet and then discuss the integration methods of information in these environment. Aim for the drawbacks current systems have, the paper puts forward the conception of automatic configuration, in which user's equipment style can be judged by the ActiveX control embedded in web pages, and system configuration can be automatic completed to acquire data from web browser. Then a kind of remote monitoring diagnosis and maintenance system model based on mobile agent is established to solve the existed-problems of C/S and B/S model, and the system implementation method is discussed based on IBM Aglet platform.Finally, the technological details of LonWorks remote monitor & control based on web, the automatic configuration based on ActiveX and remote control based on Winsock are discussed, and the corresponding prototype systems are developed, which get good effects in experiments.
