As a large agricultural country,the output value of agricultural production in China occupies an important position in the national economy.In recent years,the development of China's greenhouse industry is very rapid,with the popularization of greenhouse technology,the development of small and medium greenhouse is the fastest.The growth status of greenhouse crops is closely related to the environmental factors in the greenhouse.Only by ensuring the growth of crops in suitable environment can we ensure the good growth of crops and yield to our expectations.With the current control system of large scale greenhouse is the object of this thesis is the design of a small modernized greenhouse system of greenhouse environment monitoring system based on PLC,which can real-time remote monitoring of greenhouse environment variables,the system will automatically execute control equipment according to the data collected by the sensor,adjust the environment variables.The system has the characteristics of simple installation,low cost,stability and good extensibility.The design of the system is based on PLC and high-precision digital sensors to achieve real-time collection and control of greenhouse air temperature and humidity,soil moisture,illumination and carbon dioxide concentration.This system has made the man-machine interface for the use of Kingview software,user-friendly operating system,through the configuration screen can display the parameters,the lower machine to perform component status,fault alarm information,and provide real-time data,historical data query,report and other functions.The slave computer is SIEMENS S7-200PLC,which is connected with all kinds of sensors,power and executive parts.It processes data collected by sensors and makes corresponding control decisions.In order to realize the real-time monitoring and data query of the greenhouse,the remote module GPIS DTU GM-10 is used in this paper.The system is simulated in the laboratory,and after stability,the system is put into the operation of the greenhouse test field of the Agricultural College of Yangzhou University.In the process of operation,the system meets the growth requirements of the crops,and the control of the environmental factors in the warm room has reached a good effect.
