Introduced into automatic control area, modern communication and computer remote control have brought big changes in control technique. Because of it, the equipment monitoring and control system have developed from the original direct single-computer mode into the remote mode, which is based on network. By means of remote monitoring and control, technicians can access the equipments on site through network instead of going to the spot where the equipments are. It is one of the crucial points to be solved for researchers in several fields, such as manufacture, power and telecom etc.The present remote monitoring system showing the on-the-spot information has two kinds of forms mainly: (1) The form of adopting characters, chart or the two-dimension figure shows the on-the-spot information; (2)The monitoring system of the video.But the two forms have theirs defects:there is relatively great distance in their two-dimension user's interface and actual industry scene,and their display mode for the scene is relatively dull, and is not image and directly perceived.All these bring Inconvenience for user operation and is apt to operate by mistake,and man-machine have much feeling of distance.Monitoring system is based on the pattern of vide process, through making a video recording head carry on video gathering, then carry on the picture to compress,deal with,transmit. The video control system need transmit a great of data, so the quality of width of network is high for client.To the above situation, at first the author analyses and compares the scheme of the traditional remote monitoring and control system based Web.Considering that the remote monitoring and control system based on web, as a typical distributed system, has veiy complicated structure and its implement is very difficult,the paper proposes to use opened networks,the combination of CORBA and Java,B/S model to accomplete the system.Secondly,the author has proposed to applys Virtual Reality to the system, then, the scene data drives the client simulation model, as that we can monitor the scence.In the paper, it uses VRML and Pro/E to construct the model, then designs a visual supervise and control environment of three-dimension virtual scene. Meanwhile , the article analysis the importance of dynamic interaction of the data,and proposes to use EAI to accomplete the dynamic interaction.The user can control the function that roamed and controlled the on-the-spot equipment in the environment of three-dimension similar to industrial scene. It dosen't only abound in the means of the mutual control, but helps to improve transparency and efficiency of user's operating and the intelligence of supervisory control. At last, the thesis studies and develops the relative codes about the system realization, and takes NC machine for an example to illustrate the application test of the developed system. The results show that the system is reasonable and feasible.The system put three-dimension virtual scene into remote monitoring and control, and make sure that the system has the function of interactive operation between user and computer, which supplies a new approach for the remote monitoring and control technology.
