In real life, the construction Projects are everywhere. As a pillar industry of national economy, the construction industry has such features as large-scale investment, long construction period, and involving multiple risk factors. Therefore, to those construction companies which engaged in the construction industry, it is a key to win the market for construction enterprise that is how to make use of limited resources and low-cost to complete the construction Project in the scheduled time.Before the computer becomes popular, people carried out the Project management all by hand, so it was not standardized and there are many problems vulnerable to man-made factors.
