| Service requirements from customers are often met when multiple services are integrated together, while, generally speaking, different service resources are usually from different providers of service resources. In traditional way, intermediate agency deals with service requirements from customers, and it communicates with every provider of service resources, arranges resource scheduling. Due to the service requirements coming at different times, intermediate agencies have to treat these demands one by one. This approach is not only in wastage of resources, but in general, customer satisfaction is not high.This paper, based on BI-lateral Resource Integration Service, studied the construction method of the virtual service resources. Involving a variety of service resources within the virtual service resources, the thesis analyzed the sharing characteristics of service resources, summarized four shared types, and put forward optimization scheduling methods for different types. Finally, these theories were applied to the scene of shipping logistics to verify their effectiveness.Firstly, the service requirements was classified,involing aggregate requirement and resource requirment. The classification of service requirements is in favor of the integration of service resources. Resource requirement was classified from the view of the types of service resource which it need and was described from the quality of service. The individuation of resource requirement was reflected by the description from the quality of service. Then, from the perspective of sharing, this article classified the service resources into space-sharing type of service resources, time-sharing type of service resources, concurrent-sharing of service resources and exclusive type of service resources, and showed a description of the service resources from point of view of quality. On this basis, the thesis explained the definition of the virtual service resources, and gave the representation of the virtual service resources.Secondly, for the problem of the construction and scheduling of the virtual service resources, the thesis gave the description about it and optimization goals as well as the global algorithm and the algorithm for each type. The purpose of the global algorithm is to build virtual service resources, respectively calling the corresponding algorithm according to resources of different share in virtual service resources. Algorithm for each type of share is basically to serve the needs of resource utilization and service satisfaction as the goal, in particular, scheduling algorithm of the exclusive type of service resource only takes needs of service satisfaction as the goal, while the type of services space shared resource scheduling also exists a third optimization goals——sharing costs. The paper respectively raised the algorithm analysis and experimental validation for the algorithm of each type of sharing service resourcesFinally, the paper came up with the design of management systems of a generic service resource, demand management systems and dispatching service center system. These systems was used in scene of maritime logistics, complete the operation of the global algorithm at the dispatch center to construct virtual services resources. |
