The purpose of the study, is the combination of information technology and financial management, the knowledge of software engineering is applied to the financial management, to provide the theoretical support and database support for the establishment of future trade company financial examination and approval system.This paper adopts the structured design method of collecting material from the systematic study of the background, the trading company financial approval system are studied and analyzed.
