University Financial Workflow-based Approval System Design And Realization

This dissertation designs and implements the college financial approval system based on the analysis of system function in accordance with the approval procedure and mainly the workflow of Jiangxi Modern Polytechnic College. The front of this system is asp.net and the background is the SQL server 2005 database, providing a convenient for the three-tier-based database access layer to achieve data exchange by integrating .NET Framework. The system implements such functions as user management, role management, functional department management, functional department staff submission, approval of department chiefs, approval of financial chief, workflow persistence, system security, email and help. In this, the staff of functional department launches the whole workflow, the department chiefs approve the bills submitted by their own staff and the financial chief fulfils the ultimate procedure by handling the bills approved by the department chiefs.The system uses SQL server 2005 database, which is provided with security of data and capability of data processing. The important fields of it are stored by using encryption and GUID technology, achieving more security and secrecy for the system. Through the workflow persistence, the system tracks approval process, notes approval information and history in detail, ensures information publicity, thus making the approval procedure the sun engineering.The system has stable running, user-friendly interface, simple operation, accurate result, complete function, flexible adaptability to business variation. Besides, the function of the system basically covers the business scope of college financial approval, hence improving financial management level effectively and solving financial information distortion and management control issues in previous financial approvals fundamentally.
