This is a study on International Forum, the reviews section of Global Times, aiming atrevealing its frame, that is the principal of discourse organization, through an analysis of its11-years development and deconstruction of its text under the vision of Frame Theory. Thisthesis had found several mainstays of the frame of reviews in International Forum:1)the topicsfirst concentrated in abstract grand subjects, China and the United State are at the focus position;2)the authors showed a characteristic of think-tanklization, advising and consulting are the toppriority;3)the titles usually appealed intense excitement;4)positive opinions had the advantageoverall, while most negative comments pointed to foreign governments or medias;5)thearguments followed some fixed formats to a certain degree,"the Rise of China" became a superargument. Keen patriotism and nationalist sentiment are shown in China-related subjects whileexposing and criticism shown more in US-related subjects.At last, the author concluded thereasons of the formulation of such frame through the specific political, economic, historical andcultural background of the Global Times. In the conclusion, the author make a comprehensiveevaluation that the International Forum section is beneficial minority in China's public opinion.
