Abstract/Summary:
Drilling is a key stage in the process of petroleum exploration and development. As the operation is usually carried out in naturally harsh areas such as mountainous, grassland, desert, swamp, off-shore areas, it is very difficult to perform the operation, which makes the drilling engineering data acquisition, remote drilling technique consultation and decision-making a real hard-nut. The study on drilling engineering data acquisition and remote transmission is aimed at solving the above problem; and discuss the problem further on accident diagnosing and auxiliary decision making by using the satellite network, information technology, data base, and software integration.This thesis constructs a systematic overall framework and realizes the functions of site real-time data acquisition, remote data transmission and information distribution on Web site platform, staring from the requirements of drilling engineering real-time data acquisition, transmission and monitoring on Web platform, through a deep analysis to particularity and complexity of the drilling operation, combining the OEACLE data bank technology, software development technology, and the latest application technology of satellite network. Moreover, it made a tentative study and an initial design based the need of drilling accidents diagnosis and remote group decision-making under the environment of computer aided concerted work. It includes data bank, data real-time acquisition and transmission function, the function of site information distribution Web platform, drilling accidents diagnosis system, and the support platform design of remote group concerted decision-making and so on. Due to the limited space, the drilling accident diagnosis system and the support platform of remote group concerted decision-making are not included in this article. Drilling engineering data acquisition and remote transmission system makes the sharing of petroleum drilling information possible and the application of drilling technology transcend the region limit, realizes the cooperation between experts in geology, engineering, and drilling and the real-time communication between commanding system platform and drilling site to reach high efficiency and high quality in drilling operation through remote real-time experts diagnosis and truly realize the general cost reduction.
