Warning drilling engineering expert system for the study of abnormal events in this article, conducted research on knowledge and reasoning warning mentioned in this article.Through the study of literature, thesis presented the overall program and technology roadmap. Mainly based on the analysis of drilling projects on abnormal events, find the main parameters and use the production rules to build the knowledge base. According to the characteristics of various parameters, select a different membership function of fuzzy variables obtained abnormal fuzzy variables, activate the corresponding rules in the knowledge base, using Mamdani fuzzy inference method to get graphical anomalies accident, and get the result of obtain the centroid of graphical anomalies accident。In this thesis, kick, for example, to build the knowledge base, the establishment and the entire membership function of the fuzzy reasoning process made a detailed presentation。Finally, object-oriented technology as a means to design early warning systems, and its main functions include data processing module, alarm module, knowledge learning modules and accidents interpretation module. The method used in this paper has certain theoretical guidance for the drilling engineering abnormal warning, also has certain reference function to other engineering warning.
