With the rapid development of logistics industry, fourth-party logistics (4PL) has become a hot research. However, most of the logistics systems focus on business process and ignore the management of information content. In order to provide a good display platform for logistics system, the question of establishing a system of information extraction, information analysis and information management has become the problem.According to the fourth-party logistics content management system needs, this paper designs and implements ontology-based extraction and analysis of information and the system of information management. The system is based on the database and ontology library. The system contains the crawler program for directional breadth first extraction, the filtering module for information pretreatment, the vector generation module and the automatic categorization module. Crawler program provides information for the entire system. The filtering module can filter out meaningless contents such as tags from the web page and extract the useful information. The vector generation module can analyze articles and generate feature vectors. The automatic categorization module uses the vector and ontology as input and outputs categorization of article through comparison and calculation. At the same time, the system also provides a good user interface. Through the interface it can implement the management of site, columns, articles, users and so on. It can also configure the parameters of extraction and analysis of information through the interface. In summary, this paper provides extraction and analysis of logistics information based on ontology and design and implementation of management platform. It provides a complete content management system for fourth-party logistics management system. It provides technical support for construction and maintenance of the display platform of the logistics system.
