Research On Vehicle Route Arrangement Of Fourth Party Logistics Enterprises In Two Stages

Due to the changing background of the domestic logistics industry and the status quo,there should be different new requirements for the fourth-party logistics.Through reading literatures-the main research status of the fourth party logistics,the fourth party logistics organizations and the organizational model.It was found that there are two main decision-making problems in the distribution business of the fourth-party logistics enterprises.One of them is to choice the distribution vehicle suppliers under the fourthparty logistics,and the other is the distribution vehicle routing.So it means that the fourth party logistics can be divided into two stages in the business process,the first stage is to select the third-party logistics vehicle supplier,decide which vehicles with different parameters to use,and then second stage is to plan the distribution line of the vehicle and output the distribution.plan.Considering the different operation and life cycle stages of the fourth party logistics enterprises which have different objectives for distribution vehicle routes,this paper has studied the main stage of the domestic fourth party logistics enterprises growth and maturity stages,established a phased vehicle routes solution system model to the vehicle distribution requirements of the fourth party logistics enterprises in two stages.By adding the time window parameters by the receiving point customers(delivery process needs to be completed within the time required by the customers),the service quality parameters of the third-party logistics vehicle service providers(service evaluation parameters of the third-party logistics vehicle service providers through data evaluation).These two parameters were added to provide the better service quality requirements of the fourth party logistics in the mature stage.The objective function in the growth stage is the lowest cost,while in the mature stage are multiple objective function.The mature stage's objective function was combined with the lowest cost and the highest service quality.Because the direction and unit of the two objectives are different,so it is necessary to do multi-index comprehensive evaluation.First,we need to change the two objective functions into the same direction by using the negative value method;in considering the dimensionless problem,we use the polarization method to eliminate the dimensions of the two indicators,then multiply the weights of the two objective functions and add them.For solving the model and obtained the planning scheme of the distribution route,a MATLAB-based algorithm was designed,which was based on an improved genetic algorithm.Different algorithms are designed by transforming the objective function of vehicle routing problems in different periods.Since there are multiple parameters in the algorithm,after several trials and adjustments,the maximum number of iterations and population size that match the examples in the text are selected.The vehicle routing arrangements in different periods are obtained by numerical examples.It is proved that the algorithm designed in this paper solved the vehicle route planning model effectively and filtered out the third-party logistics vehicle service providers with poor service quality as we need.Hope in the future will provides a feasible and easy to operate method for fourth party logistics companies in the distribution business of different stages.
