At present our country emergency medical widespread emergency personnel being low level of first aid personnel, first aid is not seasonable, the hospital can not be based on the patient's state of emergency in advance of arrival at the hospital for further treatment of the patient to provide the necessary preparation conditions, a direct result of our success rate is not high first-aid, First aid is not timely, the patients regret for life. Especially when a disaster approaches the shortage of health professionals is especially notable. China to make full use of medical resources, reduce waste of time first aid, to improve the success rate of first aid, put forward telemedicine, but telemedicine is often limited by the range of wired networks and wireless network data transmission speed. With 3G technology, inventions and mature, the 3G technology that is used in third generation mobile communication technology into the ambulance first aid system, is to achieve high-speed secure transmission of information and an important way to improve medical standards.Emergency aid is based in the 3G wireless telecommunications, remote emergency medical care through research and its core business with existing medical information systems inherent link between the analysis system set up 3G networks based on mobile wireless devices, remote medical services platform. Paper mainly discusses the system composed of four modules: real-time monitoring module, the timely exchange module, vehicle management module and first aid information management module. Emergency personnel inside the patient's emergency first aid video and data through the 3G network to send the body to the hospital's emergency center. 3G-based diagnosis system through the implementation of emergency control module of data (such as wave data, image data, etc.) to receive, read, unpack and restore the data in the corresponding page is displayed after the corresponding page, and then remote medical diagnosis.
