With the development of modern technology:such as electronic semiconductor technology, data processing, system integration, wireless communication technology etc, and the deepening of the application in the medical system, an opportunity of development that more flexibility, more intelligent and more efficient real-time monitoring for medical service. And medical care system as one of the key topics of hospital medical service research becomes an important issue. In this paper, considering of the advantages of wireless sensor as flexibility, aptitude, low power dissipation and real-time data acquisition and processing etc, then put forward a design scheme of medical monitoring system which based on wireless sensor network.In this paper, firstly, chooses zigbee as the wireless communication way of Monitoring system. Second part is the hardware design of node. The main work is choose chip and design circuit:MSP430 is used as processor of gateway node and CC230 is the communication module which used to transmit data. For the sensor node and routing node, it take enhanced 8051 MCU as its processor and RF front-end realize communication function, they all are built-in chip of CC2430. Then design the hardware circuit which including processors circuit, wireless communication circuit, power circuit and other peripheral interface circuit. The third part is software design of node; the mainly work is TinyOS and nesC language. NesC is used to write program code and TinyOS'task is management and task dispatching of node. Meanwhile, a detailed study on TinyOS transplant which based on CC2430. Then, the software flowchart is provided of network building process and all kinds of node working process. It also designed the care center software platform in the paper. the finally part in this paper is node location, After the detail research on positioning principle and related technique, an effective method is provided that is an improve of DV-Hop algorithm and optimization of trilateration method with genetic algorithm, it is simulation by MATLAB, results confirmed its validity.The telemedicine monitoring system based on WSNs has many advantages, it not only make up the large size, high power and inconvenient mobile and so many faults, but also Positioning the patient's position, Thus patient who's the physiological data appear abnormal change is found rapidly, and accurately and provide timely treatment.
