Nowadays, with the popularization of Internet technology, medical treatment increasingly tends to arming with long-distance technologies. Thus telemedicine is presented, and it has been being paid more and more attention in many great hospitals. However, telemedicine is just a new arising hotspot which is in the front line of research, because of the medical treatment's professionalism, complexity and particularity, studies and applications of telemedicine are now far from satisfying the development of demands. After investigates related literature of telemedicine at home and abroad , this paper , on the basis of construction of main frame of Haifu Telemedicine System for Mode-l JC Focused Ultrasound Tumor Therapeutic System (Haifu Knife) of Chongqing Haifu (HIFU) Technology Co., Ltd, sets up an object oriented math model which is based on the relative relationships of plane systems of coordinates and used to simulate remote equipments; presents "Accumulating Compress & Transmit Arithmetic" for Real-time Transmission of B-ultrasonic Images; and introduces DCOM into long-distance transmission of data. The main works and conclusions in this paper are as follows:â‘  Object Oriented Math Model In order to carry on a real-time monitoring of remote surgery operations, specially, the movement of remote medical equipment, people often transmit video images to get a "watching". But this method requires channel with a high bandwidth and system with an excellent performance because of high precision of surgery and real time of long-distance monitor. Instead of using transmission of video, this paper applies simulation, which not only consumes a little bandwidth, enhances real-time characteristic, but also makes remote surveillance more visual and more precise, to monitoring medical equipments. To simplify the simulation of multi-tier nesting movements of complex medical facilities, this paper constructs an object oriented math model, which is based on the research of relative relationships between plane systems of coordinates. In contrast with traditional model that is not object oriented, this method can greatly simplify the model of multi-tier nesting movements, and using OOP tools, you can simulate efficiently and precisely the real-time states of complex moving objects including medical equipments.â‘¡ Accumulating Compress & Transmit Arithmetic Haifu Telemedicine System should have the function of transmitting real-time B-ultrasonic video so that surgery experts in another place can locate tumours within the body. When building a video transfer system, coding standard, such as JPEG,MPEG,H.26x or H.32x, etc, is adopted. This kind of traditional schemes is not satisfying when channel has a narrow bandwidth or the bandwidth is unstable because normally these schemes only focus on "compression" of video and pay little attention to another factor---- transmission line. In this paper, "Accumulating Compress & Transmit Arithmetic" is brought forward after analysing the characters of B-ultrasonic images. With an eye to current system performance, available bandwidth of network and changing of objects in video, this arithmetic only codes high level outline information which describes the most important change of movements of objects in video. The image transmitted is the superposition of sequential transmissions, and direct proportion does not relate the quality of images with the amount of coded. When objects in video move slowly, the quantity of coded result may near to zero. Using this arithmetic, the author has reached the real-time transmission of B-ultrasonic video through narrow bandwidth channel. â‘¢ Data's Long-distance Transmission Based on DCOM Socket programming is usually used when data needs to be transferred across network, but developers need to know the inner working mechanism of network, which is not necessary when solving problems but developers have to badly batter at, very well. On the basis of analysis of DCOM technology and three-tier distributed...
