With the development of IT technology in the wireless network, the development of remote medical monitoring tends to be more personalized, family and community. For Remote Mobile ECG monitoring, we can ECG monitoring functions integrated on common mobile phones, the formation of an ECG phone both phone features and ECG monitoring function. ECG monitoring system includes hardware design and software algorithm design. Based on clinical need, based on the MTK mobile phone development platform designed an ECG mobile terminals. The guardianship phone terminal acquisition, processing, and analysis of human ECG, automatic identification to distinguish between normal and abnormal ECG, pre-diagnosis, evaluation and classification, and timely capture abnormal ECG, alarm, in order to achieve timely treatment. In addition, in order to improve the accuracy of the identification and classification of remote real-time ECG ST-T segment, assist doctors more accurate and efficient diagnosis and reduce unnecessary data traffic costs, the author of the clinical practice and the characteristics of the ECG signal itself, one for the morphology of the ECG signal ST-T segment identification and classification method. The method includes the R peak point, T wave, ST segment, sliding reference baseline and reference level extraction method and the ST segment and T-wave recognition classification. European ST-T ECG database sample validation of the method to identify aspects of ST-T segment as a whole recognize the sensitivity and specificity of95%,98%, sensitivity and specificity of ST-segment identified92%and93%, fully recognize the sensitivity and specificity of the T wave were88%, in particular the ST segment and T wave typical morphology of the specific classification has achieved good results, and clinicians certainly, to better meet the requirements of real-time remote ECG monitoring.
