Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of computer network technology and the improvement of medical technology,people pay more attention to medical health.In the medical profession,the application of data mining technology in the medical field has become a hot spot today.The purpose of medical data mining is to find out the potential and effective knowledge,information,model,change from large amounts of medical data,to help doctors make diagnosis more rapid and accurate.Therefore it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value that how to effectively apply the mining technology in the medical field.For the problem of that how to analyze the patient’s personal information and collected physiological parameters to obtain the potential,more valuable information,we explore how to apply the data mining in remote medical monitoring system.The major study context in our paper are described as follow:(1)We explore the decision tree algorithm based on association rules.As the medical data in the collection process will continue to increase or decrease the property,although the traditional decision tree algorithm for the static distribution of the data flow has a good classification effect,but can not be dynamic with time changes.In this paper,we study the decision tree algorithm based on association rules,use this algorithm to select the splitting feature,simplify the process of generating frequent itemsets,optimize the storage space,and improve the efficiency of the analysis of patient data.Experiments show that the proposed method has a more accurate classification result for the data sets with less sample size and dynamically changing data sets.(2)We explore the search algorithm based on similarity recommendation.Because the traditional query method is slow,in order to find out the required information quickly in a large number of patient information,this paper proposes a search algorithm based on similarity recommendation.The algorithm combines the function information of the medical staff with the diagnostic information of the patient.When the medical staff logs in the system,Multi-similarity recommendation,which includes semantic similarity and similarity in time series,which improves the retrieval efficiency under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of retrieval results.(3)We complete the development of remote medical monitoring system software.The software part of the remote medical monitoring system uses MySQL database for patient information structure design,we according to demand analysis,use the Java for the back-end development language,use web as a design platform for the software part of the system in a detailed application design.In this software,the health care workers can add to the patient’s information,delete,modify,query and other operations,and draw the curve of physiological parameters(such as body temperature,heart rate,blood pressure,etc.)and acquisition time so that medical staff can see the change of parameters more intuitively.In order to make timely diagnosis.The system is a user can provide convenient and fast information query human-computer interaction system,mainly for the medical staff to provide services and decision-making.
