This paper probes deeply into control System of High voltage Electrostatic Precipitator-Coal Ash Based on Fieldbus Technology, which based on the theory of fieldbus and high voltage electrostatic precipitate.Fieldbus technology is with intelligence sensor, computer, network technology in recent years, especially the development of the technology of the large-scale integrated circuit. It is a rising new science. The control system improved from the distributed control system (DCS) to fieldbus control system (FCS). This system has various kinds of sensors, such as pressure, temperature, electric current, voltage, controlling synthetically, etc. After a sensor does not work or takes off the line, other sensor of on-the-spot equipment will serve as the commander or the controller. So the system does not be influenced with for some sensor's trouble. This is the best advantage of control system based on fieldbus.This subject applies innovatively Foundation fieldbus (FF) to the Control System of High voltage Electrostatic Precipitator Coal Ash. This paper explained the theory of electrostatic precipitator and FF. It discussed the setting-up of the models. This paper studied the design and the realizing of high voltage generator, control system of high and low voltage, the body of electrostatic precipitator, and the FF control system.
